That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2026-0873, the following be adopted: That Council direct that the Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act.
